Ron Heiby is an experienced and customer-focused engineering manager, expert in technical sales support and software development. He has the ability to bring requirements into sharp focus and match them with software design and company products. Ron has an extensive background in system development and team leadership, and proven analytical, communication, and time management skills. He has over 30 years of experience bringing products to market, and leading and managing teams.
Ron formed a start-up business which launched a new product (TelEnable) that allowed access to three new markets. The product was key to the eventual sale of the business to Molex.
Ron provided strategic planning and international technology assessment services for Rand McNally, and provided innovative methods of enhancing their consumer products.

He has extensive experience in microprocessor based systems, operating systems (including Linux, Unix, Microsoft, VMEexec / pSOS+, and Multics), programming languages (including C/C++, PHP, Perl, Shell, PL/I, Ada, and microprocessor assembly), and many other technologies.
